I made up this little New Year old oat ode today, for all my pals:

Not had time to blog for the last couple of days, blimey we’ve been having wayyy too much fun. Liam spent his last night here at the boat with mum & dad on Thursday, we were up till 4am…!!! Then he set off driving back to Germany yesterday, {bittersweet moments} he got there safe & sound this morning at 6am… It felt like there was a hole in our hearts for a moment there after he’d gone, but we get used to it, we have to…
So it’s a quiet New Years Eve in at the boat for us tonight, with glass in hand:

I think the challenge is to come up with two or three objectives for the year.Not big stuff but little things which give loads of satisfaction way out of proportion to the effort involved - but tings which wont happen unless we make them come to pass.
Think that's what I said Cap'n, & yes the number of objectives has to be realistic, don't waste time on stuff that can't happen, concentrate on what can be achieved :-)
