So where did that come from? I mean is a perfectly placed gale force wind not enough? Come on then great weather god in the sky, BRING IT ON we can take it, why don’t you just throw a tornado in there too? (Incredulous, inane, defeated laugh). I mean I knew it was going to be bad, remember folks it’s us 2 we’re on about here, but this…?
And we thought ICE would be a problem, turns out it’s the only meteorological hazard not making an appearance, barring an asteroid storm. So basically we’re both “brickin” it as they say, init…?
I gave the place a good clean this aft, save me doing it when IF we get to Mercia…
And there’s a big “send off” at the pub tonight. So the six of us spectacularly stupendous silly buggers here are going there for a meal first, & other folks from the marina are calling in for a drink later… Yo Ho Ho & a bottle o’ rum. So the invite’s on the table, best bib n’ tucker only mind…
Short post today – just too much to do…

Best wishes from us too. Hope the wind drops but the boat doesn't. Well, not in an uncontrolled way.
