As a highly privileged non-privileged member of the non-canal boating echelons on high, we received one of these through the post. Yes if you’re sharp enough to note the date, it’s been left on the shelf seeing as it coincided with us moving the boat & subsequent Christmas celebrations. So I blew the dust off it yesterday, & the fact that the paper does actually look dusty in these photos is a trick of the camera. Or a deliberate attempt by Robbing Evans to make it more difficult to read… [Stop it Heth]
So has anyone else who’s a privileged licence holder received one of these…?
And this is the best bit, I kid ye not…
Does it self destruct too…? And will the cost of a blank page add to our licence fee…? Hmm…
At the very least it could’ve said “Happy New Year & PLEEZE Carry On Boating.” --- As Barbara Windsor pops her tits out & we all get stuck on her the bottom…
PS: I’ve just noticed poor Barbara Windsor has the great misfortune to posses the initials BW……………..

Unfortunately in this day and age, if you don't put "INTENTIONALLY BLANK" on a blank page, people will assume there should've been something on it and it's misprinted, and will ring up / email / write a letter to ask what should be on it!
I've seen it time and again, so "INTENTIONALLY BLANK" makes it idiot proof!
